Mr. Isaac Orolugbagbe, BSc., MBL, FCA


Isaac Orolugbagbe holds a B.Sc. Chemistry from the University of Ife (now OAU) and a Master in Business Leadership (MBL) from University of South Africa. His career commenced in 1985 as an Audit Trainee in Olatunde Ayoola & Company, Lagos. He moved to Bola-Sadipe & Company in 1987 as an Audit Senior/Consultant. He later joined DHL in 1991 as the Treasury Controller, from where he moved to Red Star Express in 1994 first as Audit Manager, then Chief Accountant and later rose to the position of Assistant General Manager, Finance and Administration in 1996. He had a brief stint at Shell Petroleum Development Company as a Senior Accountant.

He is the immediate past Managing Director of Red Star Express Plc, a position he held for 10 years before retiring in 2007. He is a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN); Fellow, Institute of Directors (IoD); and Fellow, Chartered Institute of Marketing, Alumnus Lagos Business School, Nigeria and Witts Business School, South Africa.

He serves on the board of Red Star Express Plc; Western Cape Wines Limited; Park City Homes Limited, and Beta Computers Limited. He joined the board of Thomas Wyatt Nigeria Plc in January 2005.
Isaac is a public speaker on Business Leadership. He leads sessions on Business Strategy on a part-time basis at the Lagos Business School of Pan African University. He has published reports on Courier, Express and Postal Industry in Nigeria.

He is currently the Chairman of Isaac Development Company Limited (a consulting and investment company) with interests in Foods, Beverages, Real Estates and Logistics Services. In 2009 he joined Skyway Aviation handling Limited (SAHCOL) as Chief Executive Officer.

 

Ejine Olga Nzeribe, B.A, LL.B, BL, MBA

Ejine Nzeribe is a resourceful trainer and facilitator with more than 20 years experience in the corporate arena. She has led the design and delivery of training and development initiatives across industries and disciplines including customer service, communications, sales, management, leadership and human resources.

She established herself as a leader in developing training and leadership development strategies for companies in Nigeria such as Red Star Express an affiliate of FedEx, and Vmobile Nigeria now Airtel.

While at Red Star Express, Ejine developed the training department establishing policies and procedures; developed and managed an in-house faculty, through a train-the-trainer programme to enable continuous delivery of customised basic skills courses on courier operations, express delivery and key job roles; led the delivery of the Essential Selling Skills of FedEx nationwide with the objective of assisting employees meet set company targets, provide bespoke quality service to customers and profits for the company and its shareholders.

At Airtel Ejine developed the Customer Care Training and Development Division; implemented an enterprise-wide customer care culture and discipline programme nationwide; developed and deployed a customised Customer Care Professional module and the Customer Care Charter for the company all of which led to the award of the CEO Award for excellent performance in 2005 for outstanding performance and excellence in contributing to the success of Vmobile Nigeria. She participated as a member of the Change Facilitation Committee involved in implementation of a new culture change and instilling new values from Vmobile to Celtel; facilitated the Louis Allen Worldwide Extraordinary Leadership 360 Workshop as a certified facilitator as part of the company’s initiative to develop complete managers in 2007; played an integral role in the design, development and delivery of a major leadership initiative: Managing@Zain, a suite of customised management programmes across 23 countries in Africa and the Middle East involving over 100 participants.

Ejine obtained a BA in Theatre Arts from University of Jos Nigeria, an LL.B from the University of Buckingham, England, and an MBA from Durham Business School, England. She is a British Chevening Scholar (2000) and a soon-to-be-published author.

Ifeanyi O. Obiora-Okafo (Sir), BSC, FCA, ACTI, KSP

Ifeanyi a chartered accountant, a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and an Associate of Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria is a seasoned customer care professional with more than 22 years cumulative experience in accounting, banking and telecommunications, with the last nine years as a customer service practitioner. He started his career in the banking and finance industry with a brief stint with Capital Trust Limited before joining Ventures & Trust Limited where he was in the accounts department. There he qualified as a chartered accountant before he joined the banking sector starting with Royal Merchant Bank Limited (now defunct).

Ifeanyi rose to the position of Regional Group Head in banking operations and consumer banking in the old Standard Trust Bank Plc now UBA Plc. In the telecommunications industry, he started with Econet (now Airtel) as customer service manager, before he rose to the position of Director, Customer Experience (Care). For a long while, from the initial name of Econet Wireless Nigeria to the current name of Airtel Nigeria, that the company has maintained leadership in the area of customer service and has won many awards in this area, of which Ifeanyi won a couple as Director Customer Experience (Customer Care).

He was also briefly with Starcomms Plc as Director Customer Services.

Ifeanyi as a consultant is specialized in assisting companies improve their customer service and customer management practices. He has hands-on experience and is a skilled trainer in Customer Service, Customer Relationship Management, Human Resource Management, Sales, Call Centre Operations, Customer Experience Management and Leadership. He has been exposed to management trainings in Leadership, Human Resource Management, Sales, Customer Care Operations and Strategy.

He is a graduate of accountancy. He is one of the very few renowned experts in the field of customer services in Nigeria. He is the managing consultant of Onskon Consulting International Limited and now consults with companies in the area of management with focus on customer services transformation.

Ifeanyi is vested with the Knighthood of St Paul of Church of Nigeria, Anglican Communion.
